Mark began his career as an Estate Agent in East Kent in 1987, before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor, and so has a thorough in-­depth understanding of the buying and selling process from both sides of the sale. This is of great benefit to Clients who require help and guidance through their purchase, particularly if the survey highlights problems requiring negotiation on price. Mark also has experience in surveying houses across the entire Kent region, but particular experience and local knowledge in Whitstable, Tankerton, Herne Bay, Birchington, Thanet, Canterbury and Faversham.
